The goal of the staff at Ventura Plastic Surgery Specialists is to assist our patients in exploring their goals and in making informed decisions. The decision to have cosmetic surgery can be highly emotional and we are here to give our support and encouragement.  Staff members reflect our commitment to provide a safe and friendly environment in which to ask questions and explore possibilities.

Among our valued employees are Caroline, a Certified Surgical Technician, who has been our clinical assistant for over 10 years.  Terri, our administrative assistant for the last 12 years, keeps the office humming smoothly and makes all effort to accommodate our patient’s scheduling needs.  Trish is our cosmetic care counselor will answer any questions you may have about your cosmetic surgery options in a clear and straightforward manner.

Mary is the newest addition to our growing practice. Mary is a licensed esthetician who brings with her a wealth of knowledge in skin care technology and products. Her background also includes nutrition and fitness consulting. She specializes in advanced skin care including chemical peels and rejuvenating skin care treatments. With the arrival of Mary, we are expanding our treatment program to include LED Therapy Treatments. These are advanced treatments which involve the use of narrow spectrum red and blue lights to promote collagen rejuvenation, improvement in pigmentation, and acne recovery. LED therapy treatments have no downtime and significantly enhance the results of traditional modalities such as facials, peels and microdermabrasion. We also offer prescription strength Obaji home skin care products, Prevage MD and the latest in mineral makeup. Mary is enthusiastic and rounds out a team that is committed to exceptional service.
